Policies and PoolSafe
Pool Alone Policy:
Children under 8 years of age are not permitted on these premises unless supervised by a responsible caregiver at least 16 years old.
Actively supervised means having a direct line of sight with your child at all times and being able to provide immediate assistance.
Under Fives Policy:
Children under 5 years of age need to be within arms reach of a swimming caregiver 16 years or over at all times - "Your child, your responsibility"
Our fully trained lifeguards are on duty at all times to assist with supervision of you and your child's safety but cannot replace your active supervision.
Alcohol & Smoking Policy:
AC Baths is a SMOKEFREE and ALCOLHOL FREE complex (this includes grounds)
Disability / Caregiver Policy:
The person with the disability is required to pay the pool entry and the caregivers will be free of charge.
